Promotions cannot be combined and refunds are issued in cash on pickup.
Due to the unpredictability of the business, advance reservations are highly recommended.
We use Paypal to process payments. You can securely use your credit card without joining Paypal.
No cancellations/refunds under any circumstances. In lieu, we will send you a very nice polyester shirt and water-bottle both boasting the name West Coast Trail. Thet are very nice shirts that you will be proud to wear.
We do not allow our customers to transfer their tickets to another name (ie. name to name). Some peole have been scalping our tickets and we aim to put a stop to it immediately.
There must be a minimum of 6 people booked on any calendar day in order for the bus to operate. If there is less than 6 people then the bus trip will be cancelled.
If you have not reserved a time to be picked up or dropped off, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
West Coast Shuttle is a small family run business, locally owned and operated. Our vans are comfortable, clean, air-conditioned, and are mechanically inspected regularly for safety. So, sit back and enjoy the ride knowing you are in good hands.
